The best music journal any musician can get! On most spiral bound journals, the pages get stuck and are a pain to turn, not this! Not only do the pages swing around like butter, it has a hard covers too so you always have a flat writing surface. Also! The way Gina has the pages set up is perfect and keeps us responsible and self accountable so we're not just mindless practicing! 10/10 Recommend!

My Practice Note planner sparks joy whenever I use it! It's both pretty and practical. I'm an older adult teaching myself how to play the flute (with the help of some online resources) and this planner helps me to stay motivated, disciplined, and organized with my practice. The Practice Note is an excellent way of tracking accomplishments during flute lessons, setting practice goals for the week ahead and recording important information that my daughter looks back on again and again. She is on her 3rd book and has no plans to stop using it. I am going to buy one for her flute teacher. I also LOVE the other merchandise I have bought over the years. What a great little book. I had been taking a class on how to practice and how to focus on certain things by limiting what you practice on and BOOM! I stumbled across this amazing notebook that does just that, plus helps you by setting up your goals and noting your progress. All the things that I was learning in that class. Focusing on just what you need to focus on, it acts like a diary and an inspirational journal that keeps you on track so you don’t wander too deep in the weeds and get lost and overwhelmed, going nowhere in your musical endeavors. Sometimes the concept of practicing can be so overwhelming. The Practice Note is an excellent tool to help any player keep track of their practicing and to reflect on their practicing. As a music teacher, I cannot recommend this enough. It will help you stay organized and remove the guesswork.

I write down everything than I need to practice in this book. And it helps keep me on track. For all of my new students, I give them this book to keep with them and I use this during their lessons. If you have young students this would be a good thing for them to have.

I purchased Practice Note to help myself keep motivated to practice. I don’t currently have a teacher, but have taken lessons in the past and needed something to give me a push. I love how this book is designed, and the author (Gina Luciani) gives so many pointers in many areas, including setting goals, preventing injuries, and many more. I’m super motivated to keep practicing and filling out my Practice Note. I know it will help me to stay on track and keep practicing! I had a hard time choosing the cover since she had so many great designs! I highly recommend Practice Note to any musician, as I feel it will help you stay motivated.

This is my second Practice Note purchase. The layout looks amazing and is geared specifically towards musicians, it is of a very high quality, and there are tons of tips from Gina Luciani. My playing has improved significantly as a result of the more focused practice sessions, and keeping track of short and long-term goals. I highly recommend Practice Note!
